My name is Tosh, she/her, and I am registered Social Worker providing individual and couples therapy for adults on the traditional, unceded lands of the Sylix/Okanagan people. I approach this work with a trauma-informed and somatic focused lens, drawing on multiple therapy modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR. I will gently hold space as we work together to identify and support the root causes of current issues by working with the nervous system, attachment system, and internal parts to move towards lasting healing with a holistic lens.
